Before venturing into private lending in 2024 my experience in real estate began in late 2006 just as the market was topping out. By 2008 with the market in a tailspin my specialty became as an agent listing REO properties in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Selling bank owned and other distressed properties put me in contact with mostly area investors. Some I have partnered with on their rehab projects. I have seen first hand the challenges they face. I am also a former landlord and property manager. I have a very solid knowledge of the South Florida real estate market that comes from preforming thousands of Broker Price Opinions over the years. I am more than happy to share my knowledge with my clientele.
